Where to Eat in Downtown Coral Springs: Lunch, Happy Hour and Brunch at Tap 42

Downtown Coral Springs has grown into a real place to meet up, with City Hall, the library and The Walk all within a few blocks. Tap 42 Coral Springs opened here in 2020, on the ground floor of University Place at City Center, the 10-story office tower at 3111 N University Drive just south of Sample Road.

A working lunch, close to everything
With offices upstairs and Coral Springs City Hall and the Northwest Regional Library a short walk away, lunch from 11:30 am on weekdays is one of our busiest times. Broward Health Coral Springs is about half a mile down the road, and the La Quinta Inn & Suites across University Drive is a short walk for hotel guests.
Something happening every week
- Happy hour, Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 pm at the bar: $2 off craft beer, $3 off wine and craft cocktails, and $4 off spirits
- Monday Night Burger Bash, $5 off The Prohibition, The Big Smash or The Drunken Goat with fries when you order a drink, 4 pm to close (dine-in only)
- Wine Wednesday, $20 off bottles of wine with the purchase of an entrée
- Bottomless brunch, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm, with $25 bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys and Andrews Avenue Lager

Before a show
The Coral Springs Center for the Arts is about 1.4 miles away, around a five-minute drive, so dinner here before a show is easy. Grab a booth on the covered, string-lit patio, or a seat at the bar to catch the game on the TVs.
Parking
Tap 42 shares the surface parking lot at University Place at City Center, right outside the door.
