Not many brunch spots in Kendall come with a view of the water. Tap 42 Kendall sits right on the lake at The Palms at Town & Country, and every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm, bottomless brunch comes with $25 bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys and Andrews Avenue Lager.

The covered, string-lit patio looks out over the lake, its fountain and the footbridge, which makes it the most requested spot on a weekend morning. Inside, the bar sits under a living green wall, with leather booths and high-tops near the open patio doors.

Getting here and parking

The Palms at Town & Country is at Florida’s Turnpike and Kendall Drive (SW 88th Street), and Tap 42 is at 11735 Sherry Lane. Park in the center’s shared surface lot. Spaces near the restaurant fill up during weekend brunch, so if the closest rows are full, there is more parking elsewhere in the center, toward Publix.
